Our coffee is an expression of love; a love for origin, for ritual, for sharing something truly special.
Kupenda Coffee is a small-batch specialty roastery devoted exclusively to East African coffees, the birthplace of coffee itself. From the highlands of Kenya to the ancient coffee forests of Ethiopia, every bean we roast carries the story of place, tradition, and historical legacy.
Each roast is done in limited batches to highlight the excellence of each origin: the floral clarity of Uraga, the dark juicy fruit of Kirinyaga, the honeyed sweetness of Rwanda.
We believe in honoring people, place, and process. That means paying attention to where our beans come from, how they’re roasted, and how they’re shared with you. It means embracing beauty in detail and creating an experience worth slowing down for.
